Unnecessary faff. Old fashioned card stamps are frankly a lot easier. Always have trouble scanning it (probably their readers tbh). not sure why they over-complicate it by adding payments capability either, never going to use that. But the text "collect stamps only" is cyan on white, so almost invisible. Actually a very poorly designed light text/icons on white background persists throughout the app. Ageist UX.

Trying to set it up as a staff member. What a joke. Tells me I don't have a linked payment card, enter card details, this card is already linked. What??!! Phone number is not verified.....after it has literally just been verified. Honestly, don't bother. Absolute rubbish. 1 star basically so I could leave a review and warn you.

I was enjoying this app until this recent UI update. My biggest issue with it is when you want to pay you have the usual long wait for the app to load, but now you have to also wait for a load of adverts to load which block the app meanwhile, preventing you getting to your wallet fast. That doesn't include the time needed to get the finicky scanners to work. When you're in the queue it's rather embarrassing holding up the line. I'm not interested in the gumf I just want to get my barcode and pay.
