I was enjoying this app until this recent UI update. My biggest issue with it is when you want to pay you have the usual long wait for the app to load, but now you have to also wait for a load of adverts to load which block the app meanwhile, preventing you getting to your wallet fast. That doesn't include the time needed to get the finicky scanners to work. When you're in the queue it's rather embarrassing holding up the line. I'm not interested in the gumf I just want to get my barcode and pay.

You might want to check your latest update as it crashes every time you try to log on (both manual and fingerprint). App is good otherwise, a bit slow at times. EDIT: Flagged to store staff and recommended to uninstall and install again. It worked and I can access the app, however that might be because is no longer requesting a passcode/fingertip scan.

I have found the app easy to use, straight forward and sometimes with great rewards. They would not force you to put your payment details on there if you don't wan to which is much appreciated. On the other hand if you connect your payment method to the app, it is very easy and convenient as you both collect points and pay just with a simple code scan. Overall, very happy with the app.
