I placed a pickup order and arrived at the store after the scheduled time, but it turned out the order hadn’t been confirmed yet.

Shopeepay payment keeps loading neverendingm After choosing any type of payment, cannot go back and forces you to stay in the payment method. Only way to change it is wait for it be auto canceled or make a you order. Rubbish app.

App info is only valid for Jabodetabek shops, misleading for others, offline shopping experience is one of the worst with staff not knowing how the system works and guessing processes were too complicated and long, lesson learnt!
