I ordered through the app, they used doordash to deliver, but doordash canceled the delivery. The app doesn't give you a way to contact them, so I had to do some searching to get an agent who didn't care at all and provided no resolution. I'm out almost $100 while I wait for the IT department to verify what happened. Extremely frustrating!

Every item on the restaurant's menu is priced higher, and then they also charge a service fee on top of it. I only noticed when today's order failed to notify the staff, so I had time to review the menu prices. The $50+ online order was brought down to $35 by ordering in person. This app was essentially double charging the user by a separate service fee and through hidden inflated pricing.

The payment modal window at checkout is currently non-functional on Android 15 - the window appears correctly when the device keyboard is open, but when the keyboard closes, the modal window visually squashes itself upwards, while the touch points remain unchanged. You have to "guess" where to touch, or pray the keyboard can. remain open long enough to navigate the payment form. This bug makes checkout impossible on Android, which is the entire point of this app. How did this get through Q/A?
