Food was good even though I got the wrong meat.i ordered beef but got chicken that I don't like. I thought ordering was easy, I started with a particular restaurant, and was guided to this app to order, so I didn't have any issues like others who couldn't find what they were looking for. It is very pricey tho and probably won't do it again when I was charged a $7 delivery fee plus $8 for the delivery person. More than my meal, but we had 2 meals. $32 order ended up being $52! That's crazy!

Used once. The added fees were not worth it. In addition, the restaurant we ordered from told us later (we called them directly when part of the order was missing) that this is a 3rd party app that they are not associated with, that they still do their own delivery and encourage use of their actual website or phone orders to cut out the unnecessary middle-man and reduce cost to the customer. I'm uninstalling.

Every item on the restaurant's menu is priced higher, and then they also charge a service fee on top of it. I only noticed when today's order failed to notify the staff, so I had time to review the menu prices. The $50+ online order was brought down to $35 by ordering in person. This app was essentially double charging the user by a separate service fee and through hidden inflated pricing.
