In 2005, we opened our first La Brasa Rotisserie & Grill restaurant in Plantation, Florida. We wanted to share our secret recipe for preparing rotisserie chicken as well as other uniquely prepared traditional Latin dishes. Our family recipes have influences of Peruvian, Cuban and Tex-Mex cuisines.

The acceptance and patronage by the local residents of American and Latin backgrounds was a huge success. So much so, that it allowed us to expand and open additional La Brasa Rotisserie & Grill restaurants in Miami, Coconut Creek, Fort Lauderdale, two in West Palm Beach, Pembroke Pines, Greenacres and Cutler Bay.

Downloaded to order for pickup (since you can't just do it online) and they charge a pickup processing fee. Also sauces extra in the app. Deleted

Went to this fast food restaurant for the first time and placed a large order. The worker were so pleasant and willing to help me out. One worker in particular was Edison. He was very courteous and helped me take the food order to the car. Thank you La Brasa the food was stupendous. I will see you soon.

Prices on the app are way higher than the actual prices.
