I've tried 4 times on my mobile to progress but when it gets to filling in mobile number (which is a must) it cannot be entered due to highlighted area only half showing, making it impossible to then proceed!?? Another pointless app. p.s-just checked other reviews & most say the same thing , Garbage!! customer service just say sorry & that's it. It's a whole new world & keeps getting worse, Internet access was supposed to improve things but it seems you need Internet then a phone call to sort

app is not sending Pins to the registered phone number. customer service sends one email with invalid code and ignores all other emails. I will definitely ask my company to get another app.

I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 3 days now and keep getting 'service error' message. Have emailed customer support multiple times and have heard nothing back. Apart from the one email address there doesn't seem to be any other way of contacting this company. Very frustrating. *Edit* I have now been trying to make a withdrawal for 7 days and am still getting 'service error' message. Absolutely no reply from customer support after countless messages asking for help.
