App is useless and doesn't work. Was forced to download it as part of my policy and seems like it's only being used to track my data and not actually let me do anything with it. Can't access anything. Try to make a change or see a document and it just loads forever, never actually shows. Tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling and nothing works. + What on earth is the point of a pin or biometric authentication if it takes you to a webpage and makes you sign in with your password anyway!?

I urge anyone who's planning on using this insurance to cover their car find anyone else the black box that is fitted only does selective readings and my overall score was 80 and my insurance has been canceled because of one day going slightly over the speed limit.. Yet it did not register my previous 20/30 drives I had done! In other words it won't pick up on your good drives only the bad ones it's a con I've had to find out the hard way! Please don't make the same mistake I did youl regret it.

it goes to Great lengths to tell us how wonderful the app is. "do you want to make changes just message us in the app". insists you download the app even though you are using the app at the time. there is no messaging entry area. As soon as you select make changes it comes up with a phone number that you have to ring. we're living in the age of AI ( absolute incompetance)
