Ratings and reviews

Gave the app 1 star because it won't allow me to give zero stars. it asks you to set up a PIN to enter the app, but won't let you use that PIN to enter the app. instead I have to input my email, date of birth and password everytime I want to enter. The 'trip share' is less than useless. Even though it was all set up, I logged out, then logged back in only for the app to tell me that I am not sharing my trips!! By the way, this is the updated app.

The app does what it says it will. The issue is it does it far more so than it says it will and makes me extremely fearful for my insurance premium at renewal. If you go to a different country it doesn't stop tracking you and every taxi journey, public transport (or even the plane at one point!) It tracks against you. I'll be on holiday trying to enjoy my time off and keep getting extremely stressed out by the "currently recording your trip" popup appearing when I'm in a taxi going too fast.

The app doesn't work, keeps saying it will send an email when I try to log in but the email never arrives, been trying for over an hour and it just keeps me in a loop wasting my time as per usual, I won't be renewing with you in January and the direct debits will be cancelled through my bank, shame really because I actually liked Hastings but not any more you've just lost a customer!
