Quick to discipline, slow to praise; UPDATE: I've deducted 2 stars as the app is just deducting points as soon as you make a mistake. ive counted 17 well done trips since braking warning but my score doesn't rise and it seems to have happened a month before my insurance is due to be renewed. Hastings gets the side eye (for now)

Hi Jean, Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your driving score. Check ‘Individual trips’ in the app to see what might have affected it, like harsh acceleration or speeding. Told them I didn't want auto renewel but I've been given it. Tried to cancel but haven't been able to, messaged and emailed but the only way to cancel is to actually phone them! So now I'm being forced to receive a product at a higher price than elsewhere unless I spend ages trying to ring, and get through to a pushy salesperson that only answers the phone after a wait, and between certain hours. Disgusting!

Biometric log in doesn't work as it just takes me to the password log in screen where I then have to enter my password. Defeats the purpose of having Biometric log in. Other than that it seems to work fine. Latest update and Biometric log in is now working fine.
