Ratings and reviews

Gave the app 1 star because it won't allow me to give zero stars. it asks you to set up a PIN to enter the app, but won't let you use that PIN to enter the app. instead I have to input my email, date of birth and password everytime I want to enter. The 'trip share' is less than useless. Even though it was all set up, I logged out, then logged back in only for the app to tell me that I am not sharing my trips!! By the way, this is the updated app.

Doesn't work. I'm apparently supposed to share my driving data for 30 days but it won't let me set a password. I've tried deleting, clearing cache, choosing forgotten password, none of it works. I had to go through a live chat and 3 phone calls just to get the policy started in the first place because as so many have pointed out in these reviews, once again, this app does not work.

The app does not allow me to access anything. It comes up with Error 15, and - This request was blocked by our security service, on each page I try to access. I've deleted the app twice, gone to the website and set up 2 step verification (as it wouldn't allow me to do it on the app) and allowed all the permissions and it still won't allow me to access it.
