Ratings and reviews

Every time when I use the car I follow all the instructions and again after i check the trips are not recorded. It is not my fault, I see the app working in the background(the sign appears on the top of the phone where are the notifications usually). I got an email from you that the app is not working. Well, it is from your side, I did everything right. Second, when I try to use the contact form, it is not possible. When I click on send documents or contact us, it goes to my apps and then nothin

Pretty good app. P.s. I don't use this app as a blackbox, so I don't know about that functionality. However, for an app to easily view my policy documents and occupational support chat, it works pretty well. Only problem I have is that sometimes the app hangs in limbo where I login to the app and it says "You need to login to the app" then it sends me back to the login screen and then I have to force close the app for it to stop this loop.

At first it was working fairly well, and I love the feedback and scores which are really helpful. However it is now really struggling to connect to Bluetooth and GPS and is barely tracking my journeys so my score doesn't reflect my driving. I also think that there should be an option to include whether you had to break hard to avoid an accident or an incident which isn't your fault and was only for your safety.
