About this app

With the ESEL Charge app you can find publicly accessible charging stations for electric cars that are connected via the ESEL charging network and you can use the app to start charging processes. You will also receive information about the charging tariff, the possible plug connections and the charging speed.

You can use the integrated map to find charging stations in your area or at your desired destination and see the availability of the respective charging stations in real time, with an indication of whether they are occupied or free.

The ESEL Charge app offers the following range of functions:

• Start and end the charging process using the app
• Charging in a Europe-wide network of charging stations
• Current information of the respective charging point
• Integrated QR code scanner for an accelerated activation process
• View previous charging bills
• List display of nearby charging stations with an adjustable search radius
• Possibility to call the station operator directly from the app
• Direct route guidance with forwarding to Google Maps
• Real-time price information for each charging point
• Lists and maps of charging stations with a filter function for the correct charging connector for your electric vehicle
