Worst experience ever !!!! I have been trying to log a compliant but the useless chat bot doesn't let me either connect to agents or not workingat all . Always says systems are down and try again later. In the last 6 years I have never thought of changing connection but now I feel I should reconsider owing to poor customer experience in solving issues

Not many ways to contact customer care beyond the app, which itself offers very limited options to raise issues. The customer care numbers listed don’t even exist. The app barely works most of the time. They’re very punctual when it comes to calling for payments, but when it comes to actual customer support, there's little to no care. Disappointed.

The internet speed is poor obviously. It was 1-10 Mbps/sec, until all of a sudden, the broadband got disconnected. They said that it's a wiring issue (technical). So, I had to stop my work in the middle of the shift. Let me see whether the technician would reach out or not as promised because I don't believe in Hathway service anymore. Not a reliable service provider at all.
