Really bad service. I raised a complaint, but the technician came only after 2 days, when I was at the office. He refused to fix the issue because he needed to inspect the router. I understand that this is necessary, but when I raised the complaint, I was home and available for inspection, yet no one came. The delay and poor coordination are unacceptable. Due to this experience, I have decided to discontinue Hathway's service and switch to another provider.

Worst experience ever! I have requested for service discontinuation a week ago. Nobody's working on that, but I have received more than 100 calls asking me to recharge. Pathetic service. It was impossible to talk to a human being when I faced issues with network. Now I'm being bombarded with recharge reminder calls made by people. I wish they had shown half the interest in customer service when I was using the service. Will never recommend to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Wi-Fi service. The calling feature over Wi-Fi performs very poorly, and the internet speed is consistently slow and unreliable. Choosing this service has been a major mistake on my part. I regret opting for Hathway Wi-Fi, as it has failed to meet even basic expectations of performance and reliability.
