I don't have less than 1 star option in the playstore, that's why I'm giving 1 star. Network speed is okay. But, when it comes to an issue you wanted to register, the real catch begins. There is no option to connect with customer care executives to raise your proper issue. I have been trying to raise a technical request for more than 3 days. There is no way to end up with real customer care. The IVR is giving you the options and it'll automatically end your call without giving you resolve. worst

They constantly call me for recharge reminders, but the Wi-Fi rarely works properly. I have contacted customer care multiple times, and every interaction has been frustrating. Calls either don’t connect properly or get disconnected, and there is no proper follow-up from their side. What’s even worse is that service tickets are being closed without actually resolving the issue. This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Overall, I am having a very poor experience with Hathway

I had requested for connection shifting but they didn't complete the work because they didn't have a crimping machine and the technician has been avoiding picking my calls since then. I tried to call the call centre number on the hathway app but that is also switched off or unavailable i have been a long term customer for over 7 to 8 years and the quality has deteriorated very badly to the point where there is no call centre number to call. very disappointed
