Not able log technical service request always says server busy. I believe it doesn't fulfil it's main purpose.
Can't even register. The app is just not upto the mark
I booked for connection then i paid money also but due to personal reasons i cancelled it. When i called to customer care they said we will get back to soon but till now i didn't get any call from Hathaway 5 times i called them the same thing they are repeating i don't think they ll call me atleast refund my money soon i don't have any Hathaway account number since i didn't fix the connection. My sincere request is to return my amount back
Hathway is the worst service provider. Their wifi is the slowedt wifi ever. Even after having their top most expensive plan of 150mbps. The speed I get on wifi is 6mbps. 150 is only possible on Lan. Who in the world now use lan at home? Hathway you guys need to work on the right path. I'm highly disappointed. Siti is way way better than Hathway.
Couldn't even get to register. Says Server is busy. Even theri IVR is crappy. Takes whole 45 secs to talk to CustCare. Then ask for same info which we have already given.
Y don't you guys develop a proper app instead of this stupid thing. U r taking 1000 rd per month n giving such waste app. Need to wait at least 30 min to talk to customer care and if v go to the website to check details, it will say everything is invalid. So tell me what is valid. I am eagerly waiting for jio broadband, once I get it will say just good bye to Hathway n god bless.
