I am ok with internet speed. Request is to provide good service during issue with connection and I rate low for customer service. Keep your service or customer care with more interactive with customers. I could see lot of negative feedback over here may be because of service issue. Please don't reply by auto messages, someone from service team has to review the complaints and try to meet customer needs based on ratings. I could see lot of 1star rating over here. Overall rating is 2.3 displaying here now. DEFINITELY LOOKING AT THIS RATING PEOPLE WILL THINK TWICE TO GO FOR HATHWAY CONNECTION. I hope someone will review my feedback and may helpful to improve your services to the customers.
Everyday I have to call then to give me 50 Mbps promised speed which every second day they change to 5 mbps. I swear I have to call them everyday like a morning puja and tell I am getting 5 mbps please fix it! My biggest mistake I paid then for 18 months and they started cheating me like this. Never again I will use Hathway and never will recommend.
Service is worst, nothing can be worse than this. since last 10 days internet connection is not working. Raised many times phone complaint, but it's not rectified. At least some one should explain what is happening. Every time when we call,reply is same i.e it will be corrected in 24 hrs. Please don't suggest this Hathway broad band in Hyderabad
Worst service provider. All from customers care to nodal officier are cheater and irresponsible. Customers care executives are behave rudely and irritating. They realized me that my decision for hathway is completely wrong. I pay in advance for the service I take and call customers care only when I have faced problem. I as a customer never aspect rude behavior from a customers care executives. If they have problem than stop and remove customers cares numbers. Why your rating is just 2.3 ?
Very unprofessional and dirty service. Never had such experience like this. Cannot be recommended. Was Act user earlier and felt some good service then with Act fibrenet. You even cannot compare Hathway service with Act. Paid charges with 1 year subscription blindly and can anyone suggest how to cancel the account and refund the money. One star is least rated and not able to rate below or else,it could be in negative.
Worst customer service and worst technical assistance. These guys are bothered only abt money.while renewal I called the customer care to know if service was being provided to the area that iam relocating to. The rep told me to renew and pay the money,the service wipl be provided at which ever area no matter what. After 2 months when I relocated and put up a relocation request, they told me that service was not available in that area. When i called them regarding the same, they put me on hold and cut the call. Worst customer service and hathway owes me. The app sucks..laggy and slow
