They provide very bad service. A direct call is made for recharging but if there is any problem then it is not solved. I have registered a ticket 12 times to get the Wi-Fi fixed and have complained. But till now no response has been received and the ticket is also closed.Very very dirty service Our connection has been out of order for the last 15 days and the red light keeps flashing and it has not been fixed yet.

Extremely disappointing service from Hathway. They keep calling for recharge, but the Wi-Fi rarelvy works. I've called customer care multiple times, and every time they say "issue will be resolved in 24 hrs" or "within 7 davs", but nothing ever happens. Calls don't connect properly, ano there's no proper follow-up. Even when they say the complaint is on high priority, the problem is never solved If at all it gets fixed, it works for a week and then the same issue starts again. Very frustrating

I used my full quota of FUP data for February. I have paid for a yearly subscription. The FUP for March hasn't been updated. The speed across all my device is below 5Mbps, even the one connected through ethernet. I struggled with the customer care toll free number and through the hathway app to get it resolved. Still no resolution.
