They constantly call me for recharge reminders, but the Wi-Fi rarely works properly. I have contacted customer care multiple times, and every interaction has been frustrating. Calls either don’t connect properly or get disconnected, and there is no proper follow-up from their side. What’s even worse is that service tickets are being closed without actually resolving the issue. This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Overall, I am having a very poor experience with Hathway

very poor service and after sales service from hathway. My connection is not working even after I recharged. Every time I call customer service, they say it is high priority and will be resolved within 1 hour. But there is no solution. Very bad service. 10.04.2026 13:00 hrs : After followup multiple times throughout the call with customer care executive and sent multiple mails with required details not received internet connection. after recharge done also I am not getting service.

Very disappointing experience with Hathaway. My internet has not been working since the 2nd of this month, and despite raising a complaint on this, the issue is still unresolved after more than five days. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but all I received were false assurances with no real action. There has been no callback from the support team either. Poor service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.
