Extremely disappointing service from Hathway. They keep calling for recharge, but the Wi-Fi rarelvy works. I've called customer care multiple times, and every time they say "issue will be resolved in 24 hrs" or "within 7 davs", but nothing ever happens. Calls don't connect properly, ano there's no proper follow-up. Even when they say the complaint is on high priority, the problem is never solved If at all it gets fixed, it works for a week and then the same issue starts again. Very frustrating

I am extremely disappointed with the internet service. The connection speed is very poor, and I am unable to watch even a single video without constant buffering. Whenever I try to raise a ticket through the app, the Diva AI tool automatically performs a speed test and always shows around 300 Mbps for both download and upload. However, in reality, the internet takes a long time even to open the app itself, which clearly contradicts the reported speed.

Worst service. I took connection for 3 months. it didn't run properly for almost one month. Now when I don't want to recharge, I have been receiving calls to recharge every day since 9 aug 25. I want to submit the router and close the connection. But they will disconnect the call as soon as I ask to submit the router and close the connection. Now I have no other option except receiving call every day. They are going to ask me forever if I want to recharge even if I say no everyday.
