Worst experience ever !!!! I have been trying to log a compliant but the useless chat bot doesn't let me either connect to agents or not workingat all . Always says systems are down and try again later. In the last 6 years I have never thought of changing connection but now I feel I should reconsider owing to poor customer experience in solving issues

Very bad..Useless...third class service....Would not suggest to anyone for this.. They never reasponse..there is no way to connect with technical team...Wifi is not for the last week still they did not reach out to me...I have tried multiples time to connect with them through customer service or app but nobody is there to take care of the issue.....worst service provider they are.

Worst app ever and worst services ever. None of the customer help services works and the internet barely works. Such poor quality service is not expected from Hathway. Every now then the internet doesn't work even after moving to fiber and the customer service is never of help on the app.
