The application is decent; it's generally fast and functional. However, my registered mobile number was changed twice without my consent, which caused significant issues when I tried to lodge a request about my internet being down. As for the customer service, it's one of the worst I've ever experienced. They are completely ineffective and seem incapable of doing anything beyond lodging a request. Do not expect a follow-up call from them—they will never call you back, despite their promises.

Before anything else, they want you to complete the payment, and once you've paid, the executive will stop responding to your calls or messages. App is already useless. Customer Support on Calls have a default answer that they cannot do anything. And Emails will never get any reply. This is my experience with not one but all of their team I've interacted with so far, which is a lot.

Hathway broadband's service is extremely poor. The service is fast only until the payment for the new connection is made, but after that, it's just continuous follow-ups — and even then, they barely answer calls. Somehow they completed the work, but that too was not done properly. Just look at how the wire is left hanging. Even the customer care is of no help. They have been extremely frustrating.
