The High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Fight against Corruption seeks, through the creation of the National Network for Transparency "Naracom", to strengthen the capacities of civil society as an effective partner in promoting transparency and spreading a culture of integrity, by establishing interactive spaces and mechanisms that allow unifying efforts and supporting initiatives to achieve citizenship. The digital portal "Naracom" is an interactive space aimed at civil society organizations and actors, enabling them to access and join this network, and interact within its programs and activities aimed at preventing corruption and promoting integrity values in society, in implementation of the provisions of Article 4-5 of Law No. 08-22 dated May 5, 2022.
