Ratings and reviews

It's a very primitive and unreliable system. Booked taxi in advance a day earlier, to spend an hour in the morning, constantly getting pushed as they are busy. Shouldn't accept booking for a specific time if you can't handle it.

its ok but Addison Lee system doesnt allow people to book a black cab in outer London. have to ask them to change it every time for better access. Also pre booked is about £10 more than it come up on the taxi meter in the cab every time.

I find the app really easy and convenient to use, while Addison Lee have always been reliable, accommodating, helpful and professional. I would happily recommend both the company and the app.
