Ratings and reviews

I booked a car a week in advance for an operation in central London. They accepted and confirmed my booking. The car never came, I just got a bunch of text messages saying how much of a priority I was until well after the arrival time (car still never came). I wanted to use their service as the app gives the impression of being better than UBER, when in fact they are both less reliable and more expensive

Second time I was booked an Addison Lee service for airport pickup and second time the driver was not there when I arrived. Not only that I have to visit every person at the terminal to see if they are there for me, but also the driver called half an hour later and spoke very rudely

I had made an error on my reservation and they quickly fixed it. And took care of us super customer service
