About this app

Hauloop puts your whole fleet operation on your phone. Track every truck live, run trips from booking to payment, approve expenses, and stay on top of fuel, maintenance and compliance, without needing a desktop.

Built for fleet owners, transport managers, finance teams and transport desks, Hauloop gives each person exactly the screens and actions their role needs.

LIVE TRACKING AND SENSORS

• Every truck on a live map: moving, idle, stopped or offline

• Speed, ignition, odometer, route progress and ETA for each trip

• Cargo temperature for reefer trucks, with a warning before it goes out of range

• Fuel levels for main and reefer tanks, fuel theft and refuel alerts, and short-fill checks against fuel slips

• Tyre pressure and temperature (TPMS) on an axle diagram

• Device health: GPS fix, GSM signal, vehicle power and device battery

• Trip history by date with route, distance, speeds and start and end cargo temperature

• Driving events: overspeed, harsh braking, harsh acceleration and idling

• Engine immobiliser and e-lock control for authorised users, with a full command log

• Dispatch, delivery and proof of delivery in a few taps

• Warnings when a vehicle or driver document has expired

• Share trip status with your customer on WhatsApp, SMS or email: order details, ETA, a live tracking link and cargo temperature, sent only to contacts saved in Hauloop. Fuel, tyre and camera data are never shared.
