Easily accessible to all Havebury tenants, leaseholders and shared owners 24 hours a day. myHavebury allows our customers to manage their own tenancies, agreements and accounts, giving more control over their payments and direct debits, reporting of repairs and scheduling appointments.

The only part that works is the part that enables you to pay your rent through it which dont surprise me one bit, the repairs section dont work, the tenancy agreement documents it claims you can access is three words which is the name of the tenancy so that dont work, amd now ive gone to open it today and its blank, i had a really important emergency repair today to report so I sat in a 20 minute que on the phone instead whilst an annoying automated voice kept telling me to use the app for a "faster and efficient servce" my 🍑 lol 😆 xxxxxx

Was only good for paying rent, now I don't have the option. I can't do anything except for reporting a repair or reporting fly tippers. Useless

Enter my reference number enter lersonal details aaaaaannd... Error. Some stupid crapy app. Impossible pay online for bills online inpossible pay via crapapp.
