HOW IT WORKS

Open the Haven app and find the nearest SafeHaven station on the map
Scan the QR code on the SafeHaven station
Authorize payment with your card to start the rental
A fully charged power bank is released for you
Use it for up to 48 hours
Return it to any SafeHaven station — you are only charged for your actual usage time

Clear hourly rates shown in the app before you rent
Daily usage cap — you'll never be charged more than the daily maximum for usage time
Maximum rental period is 48 hours

RETURN POLICY
Power banks are the property of Haven and must be returned to a SafeHaven station. If a power bank is not returned within 48 hours, our team will contact the customer directly with a grace period to arrange the return.
