Extremely limited inventory. you can scroll through the whole inventory in a couple of minutes. that's before adding a size filter and realizing that the few items that our on the site are only available in XS. couldn't even find 3 items to add to my basket. the app and website also offer almost no filters (just size and color), but I realized that wasn't a huge issue due to the inventory issue. the app is also generally buggy. for example, clicking on Closet often shows a blank screen

I had a pretty good experience with this subscription app. Actually liked the clothes selection. Though their XL and over choices are way fewer than I would have liked and sizes are often mismarked. But the real problem came when I just couldn't afford it any more. You can't cancel online. You can only cancel by calling "or emailing." But the email response you get says you must call. When I called to cancel, the sales person kept trying to haggle with me to get me to stay on. I asked her multiple times not to try to persuade me, that I simply can't afford it, and it's not her place to try to keep me on. She literally put me on hold THREE times and came back saying, "what if you just pause the account.... what if I take off 20% for next month.... are you really sure?" It made me feel like dirt to have to keep saying no, and repeatedly telling her not to offer me anything further. To the point that I was literally yelling and crying on the phone with her and she STILL asked if I'd just like to pause the account for a while. Made me feel like dirt, when I already feel low about my finances. Terrible customer service. I'm really sad that a company I liked so much treated me like this in the end.

Not a great service. App is buggy. Upcharge when ever possible, limited size selection, difficult to get the items you really and they make you jump through hoops to pause or cancel your subscription. On to the next one...
