HT My Account gives you easy and fast access to your Hawaiian Telcom My Account portal, allowing you to manage billing and account information, as well as view support ticket status.

Billing
• View your billing details, including due date and amount due, for your current and previous invoices from the last 6 months.
• Access quick links to bill pay methods.

Support
• Have an issue? Create new support tickets, or view the status of an existing one.
• Update your ticket with info or questions for our Customer Support representatives.

Account Management
• View account information including account ID, contact info, and products/services on your account.
• Change your password from the convenience of your mobile device.

Worst service I have ever had from any company! Went without internet and TV for 10 days! No explanation. Tried to get in touch with them. Couldn't get through their lines except at 3am and 3:30am. They sent a service man out to check equipment. Said everything was okay and going outside to check in street box and would be right back. I am still waiting for them! They offered me a $5 or $10 credit. WOW. I just received a bill from them $27. For what??? No service!

It has nothing to do with our internet service. Wasted a lot of time trying to create a new account online to make sure we are able to pay for our residential internet services in a timely fashion without getting stuck with additional fees when we call Hawaiian Telecom about paying for services and fees and related products for internet and landline telephone. Very disappointed because we're being charged for Google MESH 1 gigabit services, but we only have EERO Internet with 300 megabit speeds

Old technology and dated software. Hughton schedule recordings on here but you cannot watch Live TV. You are able to view your bill however if you make a payment while in your cycle it does not update until next month or next cycle. Keep in mind to make a payment through the app it charges you a convenience fee.
