It was WAY better before! This new version won't show me what I need to see. It isnt telling me a transaction is pending but my available balance doesnt match my total balance. It also doesnt display the amount in the account before and after a purchase like the old app did. It used to show, for example $1,250 balance, show a $40 purchase at Safeway, then show that now you have $1,210. The new app just tells you the balance and the purchase ,not what the balance was before.

I love the app, I wasn't a customer before the update so I don't know what the app was like before, however the current app looks and works just like the app from my former bank so I have no problems. It's easy to use with a nice look, and shows all my transactions with running balance. The only thing I wish they would add is external transfers, I had that with my old bank and it was really helpful.

POOLBRITE KONA HAWAII
I've been a member of this bank for 30 years plus. Customer service has gone so far downhill I wouldn't know where to start. We are in the process of moving all of our accounts over to bank of hawaii. Their customer support is in-house as opposed to use the third party answering service that is RARELY IF EVER able to answer questions. at B of H, If there's a problem with our account, they've got the staff to communicate before the issue gets out of hand. Hi Comm FCU clearly does not.
