It was WAY better before! This new version won't show me what I need to see. It isnt telling me a transaction is pending but my available balance doesnt match my total balance. It also doesnt display the amount in the account before and after a purchase like the old app did. It used to show, for example $1,250 balance, show a $40 purchase at Safeway, then show that now you have $1,210. The new app just tells you the balance and the purchase ,not what the balance was before.

Had a credit card with $187 balance on it. Went traveling and somehow missed the payment on it. Our fault completely. we've been with the bank for 20 years. they send SMS letting us know that somebody got the online password wrong or they can let us know via SMS that a funds transfer has just been initiated automatically.... but they can't set it up so that their customers get an SMS when they're about to be reported to the credit bureau for a missed payment on the credit card? Gofigure .

Enter login and password and nothing. Cleared cache, Updated, rebooted, and uninstalling now... Why? I can login using my browser on the same phone? Permissions are enabled, notifications are on, phone is updated... I'm not dropping my VPN to transmit that data, that's just asking for trouble 😵💫 Oh, and if you want to do mobile deposits for checks, you have to go in and have a tech ticket submitted to do it, even when I specifically asked for it when I set up the account. 😞
