HawkRobo is built for robot operators, inspectors, first responders, and technical teams who need reliable, low-latency control of a HawkRobo quadruped robot with integrated cameras and optional sensor payloads.

HawkRobo Remote Controller app for operating HawkRobo quadruped robots from a dedicated Android remote controller. Built for field operators, it combines physical joystick control with live multi-camera video, payload camera tools, and real-time robot status — all in a fullscreen landscape interface designed for hands-on use.

DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL ROBOT OPERATION
Pair your HawkRobo robot over your configured data link and take control with the joysticks, switches, and buttons on supported G30 remote controllers. Movement, rotation, posture, and camera control are mapped to the hardware you already use in the field.

LIVE MULTI-CAMERA VIDEO
• Watch dog RGB, payload RGB, and thermal streams in real time
• Switch between full-screen and picture-in-picture layouts
• View one, two, or three streams at once for better situational awareness
• Optional crosshair overlay for precise aiming
• Hardware-accelerated decoding for smooth playback

ROBOT CONTROL
• Drive forward, backward, and laterally with physical joysticks
• Rotate the robot left and right
• Stand up, lie down, and emergency stop from the top bar
• Three speed levels (slow, medium, high)
• Pose mode for fine attitude control when the robot is standing
• Shake hand command on supported ZSL-1 models

PTZ PAYLOAD CAMERA
• Pan, tilt, and zoom the onboard gimbal camera
• Capture photos and record video from the payload camera
• PTZ presets and flip mode for flexible operation
• Thermal palette selection (white hot, black hot, rainbow, iron)

What’s new

- Show "Photo taken" toast after the take-picture button is tapped.
- Track recording duration and show a "Video recorded MM:SS" toast when recording stops.
- Added a "PTZ pitch invert" setting to flip the joystick pitch direction independently of the gimbal flip mode.
- Show an on-screen MM:SS timer above the recording button while a video recording is in progress.
