About this app

Black Cat is a no-permission, on-device file locker designed for people who want control, not surveillance. You set an app lock when you enter for the first time, and every folder can have its own PIN — or stay unlocked if you prefer. Store images, videos, audio files, and documents inside your private folders, and open them directly within the app.
There’s also a master PIN (default 0000) to reset any forgotten PINs without losing access. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or shared. Your files stay on your device, and the app doesn’t collect any personal data. Ads are included to support development.
Key Features
• App lock required every time you open the app
• Create folders with separate PINs
• Add images, videos, audio, and documents
• View all media inside the app
• Master PIN (0000 by default) to reset forgotten locks
• No permissions required beyond basic file access
• All data stays on your device
• Includes ads for revenue support
If you want a clean, minimal, secure vault without unnecessary permissions, Black Cat gets the job done.
