GETTING STARTED
To use the Hawthorn Bank App, you must be enrolled as an Hawthorn Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

I usually love this app. The ability to see all of my accounts in one place is so convenient... when the app loads. About a week ago, I opened the app and logged in, but the accounts just "update" for as long as 10 minutes before I get a "please try again" message. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it loaded my accounts once. Now it will not even get past the welcome screen.

​⭐⭐ I expect a banking app to be reliable, but this one constantly misses the mark. My main complaint is that account balances rarely update smoothly, which is a huge hassle. The app also regularly drops its connection or throws error messages even when I have good service. To make matters worse, trying to find the simple option to go paperless is way harder than it should be. The developers really need to work on the app's overall performance and layout.

How many times does this failed app need updated? Lost track - here it is again! I allow reasonable leeway and proof to have doubt that it works on occasion! There's hardly ever any proof!The burden of bookkeeping lays solely on the individual customer! The bank loves their chargebacks and doesn't hesitate to apply to what they can get by with! The last time they took responsibility, they acted like it's a favor by removing the charge! That's called good business and shouldn't be asked for!!!
