Love Hay House, but the app is SO glitchy!! Doesn't save progress --restarts book or chapters at the beginning, plays downloaded audios for a couple minutes then stops (pretty annoying for sleep meditations!), audio won't play at all and you have to go to a different screen, descriptions cut off in the middle w/no "more" option, opening this app stops any other audio that's playing, app opens w/ "Your bookmark has been saved," etc. Reinstalling didn't fix, it just deleted all download audios.

Love the access to all books, meditations, interviews, and talks. Unfortunately the app sometimes freezes. And if I'm not connected to wifi, I often am unable to hear titles that I've downloaded because the page won't load... which I feel defeats the purpose of downloading the titles to hear offline :P

I started using the app when it was Hayhouse Audio; it's worked fine until I got a new phone. I am unable to sign in as the app keeps crashing. I get an error message saying session expired. I've changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but nothing seems to work. Nonetheless, the content is amazing and has really helped me in the past. There's the ability to download your favorite content into your own library for easy access, which I love. Pity I have no access 😞
