I'm updating my review. the app is working very well over the last few weeks. it has had a connection with my Jackery 5000 continually during that time. so the review below is now out of date. "The app doesn't work very well. It reads the panel ok. but it doesn't read the Jackery 5000 very well. It will connect at first then when I try and connect it when something is wrong it doesn't connect'

App is ok but needs more control or an API integration with Home Assistant or other smart home systems. Also only one person can login at a time, regardless of how many devices. If I log in on my phone I can't stay logged in if I log in on another device. I want the ability to enable or disable supplying power to the home base on current actual weather conditions. I also want more granular control of my devices based on the battery status of the Jackery. Give us an API Jackery!

For a while, I thought I had the app figured out, and I could (and did) actually pair with my HomePower 3000. Now I'm back to square one and unable to link up with the thing. Something needs to be updated! Just a suggestion, why not send out a Remote Control with your units instead of an App which is useless when you are in a remote, off-grid area without cell service or one does not have a cell phone!!!???
