I have the jackery 1000v2 unit, though it's not listed on compatibility with this app. The 1000v2 have wifi/bluetooth & it's meant to connect with the app. It scans and shows it's available to connect. But when I go to connect my phone with the unit, it is not available. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times but still have issues. I gave up on the app. Hopefully there will be an update soon, I got that specific unit for the ease of use.

I'm not sure what the app does beyond the display on the unit. It's pretty basic. Trying to turn on the Bluetooth was guesswork. Most hardware have a Bluetooth button and flash blue for connecting. The app doesn't have a dark mode, especially useful when using while sleeping.

I have an explorer 600 plus and a 300 plus. To use the app both need an internet connection or they won't connect. That makes the app worthless for remote camping where we have no cell service, which is exactly what these power stations were designed for! To make matters worse, you can only change the battery saver function thru the app, so you might get stuck with a power station that only charges to 85%, and no way to change it back to full power. Somebody needs to wake up here!?
