I believe this app is involved in deceptive practices. I was encouraged to spend money or complete tasks with promises that were not fulfilled. After payment, I did not receive the promised benefits, and customer support did not resolve the issue. The app's behavior appears misleading and may put other users at risk of financial loss. I reported a technical issue with the app as soon as I noticed it, expecting management to investigate and fix it. Instead, users are now being asked to pay money and are left with debts related to the gatchapon, despite the issue already being reported. This is unfair and disappointing. Management should prioritize transparency, responsibility, trus and users—not only its own financial interests.
