About this app

Our Hcalory air heater app provides a smarter remote control solution for air heater users (The supported heater models are: F1-S, L1-S, L2-S, W1-S, W2-S, TB1, TB2, TC1SE). You can see all the parameter info on your phone, switch temperature/gears, start plateau mode, start ventilation, switch temperature settings, schedule time, etc. We will continue to collect user suggestions to improve the user experience of our products

need to be able to set a smaller window for auto start and stop, smaller than +/- 6° F or +/- 3° C. These are both huge! we need to be able to set it to start/stop down to +/- 1° F or 2° at minimum! Right now this thing is unusable. I'm going to have to return it unless you can update the app in under 3 weeks. 12° temperature fluctuations in my room is unacceptable. We wouldn't put up with this with any other heater/AC unit. It's either too hot or too cold That's unacceptable for a thermostat.

App works ok but is always resetting/and forgetting my preference such as Fahrenheit to Celsius and feet to meters and also often automatically turns on altitude adjustment which I do not need. no issues with phone memory or restarting of app. Also nbd but when adjusting temperature numbers up or down sometimes if I press it one or two times it jumps up three or four gear levels or vice versa.

I don't mind the app, but the threshold of -/+ 6°F borders on obscene. The other huge issue, and you all need to adjust this immediately, is the carbon monoxide detection threshold is set to 500ppm by default. You need to manually set it to 50 ppm. Do this immediately.
