I really don't go to the branch often. The staff I have interacted with are mostly on the phone line. They are prompt with information I need about my account. They don't put me on hold to find the answer or transfer my call to someone else. Always courteous while maintaining a professional-friendly tone of voice.

Convenient app for checking balance and making quick transfers. I personally just wish they would update the app to allow for the user name to be saved/remembered and/or allow fingerprint login. I have no issue with verifying the security question afterwards.

The app is good itself but the log in is excruciating. I swear I'm inputting the right password but says it's wrong, when I switch to another device it's fine. Finger scan lock would be appreciated.
