Very Slow App...Takes too much time to open up. Also, it requires good internet connectivity. If you are at a place with little low connectivity, you cannot utilise any of its features as it is going to take too much time as well as you keep on getting an error 'something went wrong, try again later'. For 4G phone users, this app is a challenge to use.

It's now been 2-4 yrs in using app and still you can not book UK holidays on empower but you can for India ONLY. The app needs to diversify to work over different countries. Sometimes I find its been slow recently & crashes. I have used empower for a long time it's very easy to use, I use it daily for checking my time sheet, claims, news updates and many more. it's helpful & has lots of gadgets to speed you through the day without logging into your machine internet.

I have been using this app since past 6 months and find it of no use. Just using this app to show the asset serial number to the security guard which I can also show in the mail and MS Teams as well. Also, whenever any new update comes, it gets logged out automatically and becomes really hard to login back. Totally useless app and occupying memory.
