About this app

HCWork is the self-service portal for employees of companies using Workia's HR platform. Access your work-related tasks simply and securely from your mobile phone.

What can you do?

• Digitally sign documents and pay stubs with immediate confirmation.

• Vacation and leave requests: request days off by date range and track the status of your requests.

• News: stay informed about your company's announcements and communications.

• Your profile: view your personal and professional information and manage your account settings.

Secure Access
Login is via your corporate account using Single Sign-On (OAuth/OpenID Connect). All communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

Important
HCWork is a private app for employees of Workia client companies. It is not publicly accessible: your company grants you access. To activate it, scan the configuration QR code shared by your organization.

What’s new

- Documentos: ahora los documentos que ya firmaste y esperan la firma de otra persona se muestran en su propia sección "Documentos con firmas pendientes", indicando cuántas firmas lleva el documento. Podés verlos y descargarlos.
- Corregimos el contador de documentos por firmar: ya no incluye los que están esperando la firma de terceros.
- Mejoras de seguridad y estabilidad.
