Ratings and reviews

It does not work. It should help customers to register the reading but in stead no screen is shown and I have to return to the old way. It is safer and doesn't put me in a higher level of usage to collect more money. I don't think a black screen will help beside sending an email with my number and no reply at all. I'll give this application a zero star if I can.

The APP was working very well. I used it since it started. Since yesterday it starts, but doesn't open. I reinstalled it but gave the same error? It gives me a massage below : "FormatExpection. Unexpected end of input (at character 1)" I wondered what happened 😳 Can you help

After I created username and password I logged out from the app and I could never log in again, I have sent many emails to reset the password with no reply. This is just useless app with no support at all
