Ratings and reviews

When I open the app, it immediately crashes and disables itself. I have to re-enable it every time, but it just crashes again before I can even log in, so I'm unable to use the app at all. At one point, the app displayed a message asking me to remove some keyboards, such as font keyboards, emoji keyboards, and Google Voice Typing. I removed all of them and kept only the default Google Keyboard, but the issue still persists. Please help me resolve this issue.

I have been using this app for quite long time now and I use Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard on my phone for more than 10 years. Now since last one week, payzapp app is not allowing keyboards that are not pre-installed on the phone. I am quite used to microsoft keyboard and can't switch to default keyboard. I use it with all my banking and finance apps, none of them have problem with it. Only payzapp is forcing me to disable it. If this is not fixed I am going to stop using the payzapp app.

I'm not able to login to the app at all. it just keeps on saying technical error. the wallet is recharged and then it completely stopped and logged me out. now I cannot log back in to the app. pathetic to say the least. edit: the link provided for reaching out doesn't work and provides an error code. "no route matched with those values". hence unable to contact. please contact me.
