Ratings and reviews

Very poor app. I tried to shop amazon coupon but there was an error. When i selected amazon, it showed two column to tick and agree conditions but after ticking them, i am unable to scroll down, and without scrolling down, submit or whatever buttom at the bottom, that is to be clicked, was not visible to me. Ultimately my coupon will expire.

Installed it about a month back. Found the UI to be pretty good. But, most of its functionalities don't work properly. This time, I entered the PIN, I was redirected back to the payment window, with no acknowledgement of the payment. So I re-started the payment and entered the PIN, and the loading window came up, which never went away. After around 4 minutes, I made the payment with another app. The amount was deducted in the 2 payments. I requested for a refund, but they never did it.

The app is really slow. One would want to make UPI payments to vendors in a quick manner however, the app takes ages to open, authenticate and then scan QR codes. The other problem it has with reauthentication especially if you have enabled finger print authentication. When you want to reuse the app, the finger print either doesn't show up or keeps repeating. I had switched to this from GPay but now contemplating going back.
