Ratings and reviews

Hello HDFC, what is the use of this application? Can you tell me. I was given 5 star rating before one month. After the update noting is working as expected. Not even verify my account since morning. Now it's showing you're reached the limit and wait for 24 hours to verify. What the hell it is. Pls try to debug and fixlbd the bug and fix it. Otherwise it's not a proper application to use.i m going to uninstall this app and switching to other apps. Thanks. Only UI is good, poor functionality.

Typical HDFC careless behaviour without any plan for transition of old users of Payzapp you went forward and launched a completely new version which requires re-registration with no information provided on what will happen to my Old Payzapp Card, the balance in it ,bill payment history, transaction history. All this relevant information should be given at the First page itself, this is a wallet app, not a joke you are dealing with customer money here, no transperency at all. Unprofessional.

App response time is too high. Once you open the app the appearance of password screen and subsequent home page is extremely slow. After performing UPI payment the screen remains yellow (Status : in process) and need to click "close all" to come out of this page. As compared to other UPI apps like PayTM, PhonePe etc this is disappointment from PayZapp.
