Ratings and reviews

I've been using PayZapp for a while now, and while it has some great features, I've encountered a few issues. 1. The app often takes too long to load, which can be frustrating. Sometimes it didn't show history also. 2.One major concern is that despite having a balance of over 200 in my wallet, I've faced issues while trying to recharge my DTH or mobile. The transactions simply don't go through, which is quite disappointing.

Installed it about a month back. Found the UI to be pretty good. But, most of its functionalities don't work properly. This time, I entered the PIN, I was redirected back to the payment window, with no acknowledgement of the payment. So I re-started the payment and entered the PIN, and the loading window came up, which never went away. After around 4 minutes, I made the payment with another app. The amount was deducted in the 2 payments. I requested for a refund, but they never did it.

"Overall, the functionality of this application is commendable, offering a seamless experience for users. However, the absence of a dark mode option is a notable drawback. Implementing a dark mode feature would greatly enhance user experience, especially for those who prefer a darker interface for improved readability and reduced eye strain in low-light conditions. Integrating this feature would undoubtedly elevate the app's usability and appeal to a broader audience."
