Pathetic Experience! That's all it describes this app. unable to login and/or register, unable to login even after entering the otps. No updated information even after login. even after setting up pin, if you get logged out, you need to do the process for otp and set up pin again. then what is the use of setting up a pin? Thanks!

not able to log in though with mobile number, email id or client id, it say user does not exist. please don't provide a response as kindly contact the service desk, it doesn't make sense for everyone to contact instead check your app and issues directly.

App doesn't work properly. one can't perform a single successful activity on app . I am surprised to see company doesn't bother. since last 5 to 6 year I am continuously tracking HDFC life app unfortunately nothing is changed. Company is way behind to others. Unprofessional !
