This company gives discount on premium against your average walking step. On most of the days, it gives correct figures, but once or twice in a week already recorded it becomes zero for the day. It means dhile syncing in noon it shows the steps you walked, and in evening it becomes zero. I wrote to customer care on e mail with screen shots, but they are also unable to resolve the issue.

I have been unable to renew my policy through the app, it always takes me to a browser for it and that also doesn't respond half the time. And the biggest issue is support through the app, there is no clear option for support or to connect to a support person. Their toll-free numbers never connect you to a support personnel either. The process is so convoluted for no reason. Truely Disappointed

Tried to renew my policy. It failed with "We encountered an error". A note to the development team of this app - please don't work on any app ever. In the world of AI if you cannot fix such small problems and something fails on the first go, you don't deserve to push something on the app store. Update: Have already renewed using the website. There is no point in sending my phone number on your email address. I will send the screenshot though.
