Absolutely rotten app and disgusting service. The app wouldn't process the renewal policy... constantly coming up with the message "WE ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM" !!! Nothing worked, be it rebooting the phone or reinstalling the app or clearing the cache. Also, there is no instant customer care helpline in the app. You have to wait for hours until the call-back request call responds, often by surprise !!! Tried calling the number given in the policy, encountered an unidentified arrogant executive !

While selecting a two wheeler policy, Most of the buttons in the bottom of the screen are falling behind system buttons. Not able to click on it properly. Especially on the pay now button. UI is not a mobile friendly screen. Note: I am using one plus nord 5.
