I don't recoment HDFC ERGO. Very disappointed experience. The app and website both are useless. I tried to renew my health insurance, but it was not allowing to pass through the renew page. Customer care utterly useless. After calling several times for over a month everyday no body could help me. One says due to kyc pending it was not allowing to renew, but why was it not showing when I tired to renew it? Even after KYC was done the problem persisted. Finally the policy lapsed.

Third class app. I have done the payment through this app, but it still shows unpaid, I have sent a lots of mails and called many times to customer care every time they told sir it will update in 2 days and now 15th days is coming. They will call 100 times when the renewal is pending but will never connect when you are raising a claim, you will get zero help and they will keep throwing more and more paper work and will never resolve. Also the app is worst and the AI that they have is of no use but will waste your usefull time a lot. Go with any other company but not with HDFC ERGO if you need peace of mind. thanks
