Dear HDFC Ergo, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have noticed with the premium calculation. The premium amount does not remain consistent and changes automatically every time I check. For example, it shows different values ranging from ₹47,000 to ₹77,000, which appears to be an incorrect or unstable calculation. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a proper explanation or the corrected premium details. Best Regards, Fighter

Their AI call executive is so disappointing. There should be an option to talk to a real person, as the information from your AI is not fully correct. I have completed two years with the policy, and I should have the option for a health check-up under the health insurance. After waiting a long time, I finally got connected to a customer executive, who said that there is an option to register for a health check-up in the HERE app, which seems designed to make it difficult for customers.

On my policy renewal: There was no proper call from customer care (in fact, it seems there was no care). I expected a proactive & effective call from customer service. I received a response via email, but it appeared to be very slow, and the apps and site are also subpar in comparison to the high premiums we are paying to HDFC Ergo for our insurance.
