Tried to renew my policy. It failed with "We encountered an error". A note to the development team of this app - please don't work on any app ever. In the world of AI if you cannot fix such small problems and something fails on the first go, you don't deserve to push something on the app store. Update: Have already renewed using the website. There is no point in sending my phone number on your email address. I will send the screenshot though.

App is not working properly. Unable to raise claim as app is not proceeding after entering the location of the hospital. Same is the case on their website as well. Contacted customer support, they too were facing the issue on their end and were unable to raise the claim. Despite knowing about all these troubles, company is doing nothing to remove the bug from their network.

No issues from HDFC Ergo policy side. But Here app is creating so many unwanted problems. Recently during my renewal, I couldn't do the payment because My name was wrong in Here app.. But it was correct in Policy document. Due this Technical issue of the Backend team. Even after 30 days I am facing the issues.
