This is the issue I have. Why does it not show the status of the item you are ordering before you put it in your cart. Meaning, I don't know if the part is out of stock or discontinued until the very end when Im checking out. Your website should show customers the parts status and availability BEFORE you add it to your cart and try to checkout? Because then you have to go back to find a different part to order. Very poor design and a waste of time.

the app freezes every minute of activity like clock work, Samsung s23 ultra latest update, app is also up to date. not sure what i can do on my end. when it freezes, it will pop up the screen to add to quote, but will not follow through the action. I can close and continue to browse but I have to close the app and getting back to where I was every time is absolutely frustrating, adding as much as 30m-1hr minutes to my quote

While I like the app as it would be typically convenient, the app freezes up all the time. When I place an item in cart, I have to close out the app completely and go back in to add something else. I thought it was just my phone but reaching out to other properties that uses this app also, they are having the same issues. This needs to be fixed and updated. Its quicker to go through the HD book and call in my order FIX THE APP
