About this app

HBT Core is an internal application for Headboss Treatment employees. It is not for general customers: accounts are created by management, and self-registration is not available.

Features are displayed according to each staff member's role.

JOB BOARD
- Hairdressers and therapists view the queue and today's bookings
- Booking confirmation, service start, and handover between providers
- Time blocks to prevent customers from booking at specific times

ABSENSE
- Clock-in and clock-out with facial verification
- Site checks to ensure attendance is recorded at the branch
- Attendance history and monthly recap

WALLET
- Commission details for services performed
- Tips received and their status
- Cash advance submission and history

ADMINIST AND CASHIER
- Branch dashboard: queue, ongoing services, and pending payment
- Customer arrival verification via QR code or scan
- Stock usage approval and inter-branch delivery receipt

CLEANING
- Submitting consumables from branch stock

PARTNERS
- Daily profit-sharing report with sales trend graph
- Details by service, product, and beverage category
- Branch invoice list

The app sends notifications for new bookings, walk-in queues, attendance reminders, and approval results.

Privacy note: The app uses the camera for attendance photos and location information to ensure attendance is taken at the branch. The data is used solely for Headboss Treatment operational purposes.
