That app was very bad. Please do not download it. My experience was very bad because my money was deducted through the auto-pay system. I did not need a ₹400 subscription, but the amount was still deducted from my account. I could not get a refund or cancel my subscription because their customer service was not reachable. I don’t know how to describe it properly, but it was a very bad experience. I want to file a complaint at the police station because this was not right.

Very bad in terms of uploading episodes , they upload episodes very late sometimes takes 6 months to 1 year, highly disappointed. But have good stories if you are a new user.

Recently my money is cut off from phonepe through this app and I was so disappointed for this. And I am trying my hardest to recover my money. but I even not sure about this when I get my money gives me back or how it will. But after some time I get a number of this headfone customer service and i tell the problem And suddenly in just few hours my money transferred in my account. Thank you so much headfone 🙏 and I am so glad about it.
