HeadwayFlow is a companion for getting through the day, built around how ADHD brains experience time: now is loud, later is abstract.
Instead of a wall of tasks, you see one timeline for today:
• Spotlight: the one thing you've chosen to focus on, with a gentle progress bar.
• Now: what needs attention in the next ~90 minutes. It stays crisp and clear, ideally just 1–3 things.
• Soon: what's coming in the next few hours, softened so it doesn't shout.
• Later: the rest of today, blurred into the background. It exists, but you don't have to worry about it yet.
Zones update automatically as the day moves, so you never have to sort or re-plan.
DESIGNED FOR YOUR WORST DAY, NOT JUST YOUR BEST
• No shame. Missed something? It's easy to reschedule or mark done, and it never piles up into tomorrow.
• Fewer decisions. Size tasks as Quick, Short, Solid or Deep instead of estimating to the minute.
• Fixed and flexible tasks. Appointments stay put, and flexible tasks get suggested when you have room.
• "Hard to start" tag. Flag the tasks you tend to avoid, and HeadwayFlow won't stack two of them back to back.
• Someday list and Plan view. Park ideas without guilt and look ahead when you're ready.
• Calendar sync. Bring in events from your calendar so your timeline reflects reality.
