not user friendly. required lots of patience to wait for support and worst still, have to pay first then claim. very tedious to manage the claim one by one. don't understand why company go with healthmetrics to manage the Healthcare benefits. I don't see benefits to me. only adding more work and follow through from individual. not recommended

Clean and straightforward kind of app. The only issue is not all panel clinics are listed in the app and some clinics have incorrect bussiness hours. Please update so we don't have to drive so far when there's actually a nearer clinic.
