You have one of the most expensive health supplements out there and you cannot invest on bugs fix for better membership. You even removed the card. The fact that the former orders there didnt even transferred as old transactions

The app is always crashing. It's been years that I haven't used my membership since you transitioned to virtual membership in exchange for a physical card. Fix your app please.

So buggy. It crashes when you try to open the app. The day it did not crash I filled out the form and then it said "no internet connection". All my other apps had no issues with the internet. When I was able to submit the form it crashed. So I decided to try on another day. Today the app crashes as soon as you try to open it. How can anyone release such a buggy app?
