Your new app doesn't have access to the data on your old app. So many people lost their acct. I can't login because it says email address is non-existent when I got a welcome email from the app 2 years ago and have used it until my purchase 2-3 months ago. Disappointing. You need to fix this.

I redownloaded it because I cannot access my account. Now, I really cannot access it or even reset my password. I already missed a few points during my previous purchase because I cannot log in to my account.

Abreeza Branch is highly annoying to me....may laging nakabuntot....what's the use of cctvs to watch you and parang bias sa customer na parang kawatan Ka while others are not...the saying goes: don't judge the book by it's cover...I will never buy from that branch again...if it's similar franchise....or store policies I LL do it via Amazon...too bad..
