I applied for membership and placed my details correctly. I managed to log in fine and verified my account through email. However, when I checked my profile most of the details are incorrect, especially my email address which I'm sure I got correct since they managed to send a verification email there. I tried to update to it in order to correct it but it won't let me for some reason and it asks for me to email them directly for an error that isn't even my fault to begin with.

So buggy. It crashes when you try to open the app. The day it did not crash I filled out the form and then it said "no internet connection". All my other apps had no issues with the internet. When I was able to submit the form it crashed. So I decided to try on another day. Today the app crashes as soon as you try to open it. How can anyone release such a buggy app?

My tablet has Android 5.1.1 so I cannot use the app on my it. But I created an account & have previously placed an order using Chrome browser. However, I installed the app on my phone & when I try to log in it says my email doesn't exist in their system. Yet, I can immediately log in on the browser w/ no problem. Therefore, the app is totally USELESS! UNINSTALLED! UPDATE: Tried app again & cannot log in but using browser it's fine. HO app developers apparently don't care if users can't log in.
