easy to file claims through the healthypaws app. The only reason it's getting a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because I have been having issues with allowing file access permissions recently (it doesn't show up as an option anymore for the app and I gave the app permission for this previously). Now I can only submit claims with pictures taken with my camera.

The app no longer requests file access, which means you can only submit documentation from your camera. If you have pdfs, you have to use the website. More annoyingly, Healthy Paws just added MFA in the dumbest, weirdest way. Now instead of a simple biometric login you have to enter your email address and password, select your verification method, send the code, input the code, select "Continue" after the code has been verified, and THEN you can get into the app. Every. Single. Time.

Nice and easy to use interface (not cluttered). There are easy to find options available to choose from like messages, making a claim and viewing your account once you open the app. My biggest qualm with the app is not being able to upload a picture or in my case a PDF/document. Because of COVID, my veterinarian emails my receipt in a nice PDF format. I could probably make it into a png or jpeg, but what's the use of I can't upload. Please fix this so I can make my claims with ease. Thanks devs
