App was great, now having trouble When I first got the app, and for a long time after, it worked great. It was very convenient for paperless claims submissions. Just recently, though, the app has been hiccuping on accepting new claims. It tends to lose them. I have been waiting for any word on why the app is no longer working reliably and when I can expect something to be done about it. Until then, I guess it is back to scanning and emailing claims.
This app is a joke! Can't upload photos and its been that way for month's. I've sent back loads of feedback and still no response or action taken to repair this issue.
Annoyed! Can not change my pets photo. This seems like a simple fix..... please update!!!
Doesn't work. For two updates now across 3 phones I've been entirely unable to upload any photos or pdfs of bills or get any information about my account. Worse than useless.
Really annoying that I have to log in again every time I go to the main menu page **Update: This only seems to have been an issue the first time I ran the app
Looks OK Suggestion: it would be nice if the second pet owner listed on the account could login with their own email address. Currently app forces them to login with primary email address listed on account.
