The Punisher
I'm leaving one star until you go back to allowing people to login via the app itself. Whoever was the complete moron that thought it was a good idea to have the app transfer you to a browser to login, to then transfer you back to the app, when we originally were able to just login with the app itself, needs to be fired. What sense does that make? ZERO. Its beyond stupid. Why wouldn't I just do everything through the browser then?

Logging in to this app is a big hassle. It used to have biometric login and now you have to use a verification code every time that still manages to take 18 steps. It literally feels less secure. I still submit PDFs but others say they can't. overall I've enjoyed this company's service aside from the regular price hikes and deduction in coverage. my dog is too old to get coverage from a different insurer now so we're staying with healthy paws but their app recently became very annoying to use.

The app no longer requests file access, which means you can only submit documentation from your camera. If you have pdfs, you have to use the website. More annoyingly, Healthy Paws just added MFA in the dumbest, weirdest way. Now instead of a simple biometric login you have to enter your email address and password, select your verification method, send the code, input the code, select "Continue" after the code has been verified, and THEN you can get into the app. Every. Single. Time.
