too much lag between the actual sound and how it comes through the app.

Thanks for your feedback—we appreciate it. You’re right: hearDELIGHT excels in noise reduction and affordability, but latency is a current limitation. Delay comes from the app (~100 ms) and earbuds. Wired (~5 ms) or low-latency gaming Bluetooth (~30 ms) help, regular Bluetooth earbuds much slower (~250 ms). We’re now working to reduce app delay.
