About this app

Repeater-START (Showing The Amateur Repeaters Tool) is a ham radio (and GMRS*) repeater map utilizing the repeaters at hearham.live. This app lets you see nearby repeaters on a topo map, and on a list, sorted nearest first.

Once updated, the app works online or offline. No cell service? power outage? - no problem!

This premium version includes:
* Search functionality to move map directly to any country, landmark or peak.
* Search for IARU Locator (maidenhead locator), move map directly to position (even offline).
* Search for a ham radio callsign to find nearby repeaters.
* Simple step by step instructions to program local repeaters on your radio. Anytone 868/878, Baofeng, Explorer-QRZ-1/Retevis RT85, iCom(ic-92, id-5100, ic-7100), Radioddity GD-77 DMR, Quansheng, TIDRadio TD-H3, TD-H3 Plus, Kenwood (TH-G71, TM-261, and TM-281), and Yaesu(ft 25, ft-70, vx-6, ft-4x, ft-65, ft-2980) radios are supported with more coming soon...
* GMRS repeaters display option (currently only GMRS repeaters in Idaho, Oregon and California)
* What's at that frequency? Search for a frequency and get a list of repeaters that might be heard at that frequency, and distance from current screen center point. Also search by amateur radio callsign or maidenhead grid square to find the nearby repeaters.
* KV4P app sharing - If you use kv4p app and circuit board to make your Android phone a 2m radio, you can enable the option in the settings to add repeaters to the kv4p app with two taps.
* Mobile print - Do you need to help a friend set up their radio? Print the step by step instructions to a networked printer.
