I bank with Heartland Credit Union, and I have not found any major or frustrating issues with their app. I don't ask a lot from the app of my banking institution, other than it works, the user interface is intuitive, and it does what I want it to (mobile check deposit is seamless, which is what I value and rely on most). I wish there was an option (and maybe I'm not aware of it) to get notifications of every transaction I have sent to my phone but that's not a deal breaker for me.

"Service" is a word everyone uses and yet never meets the standard when it comes down to it. It's merely a word in a tag line. Heartland CU is one of those that truly defines service. You don't get placed on hold for long periods. You leave a message they call you right back. You have an issue with your account it's immediately remedied. The website is always updated, easy to navigate, and provides you with all the options you need. Simply the best
