I bank with Heartland Credit Union, and I have not found any major or frustrating issues with their app. I don't ask a lot from the app of my banking institution, other than it works, the user interface is intuitive, and it does what I want it to (mobile check deposit is seamless, which is what I value and rely on most). I wish there was an option (and maybe I'm not aware of it) to get notifications of every transaction I have sent to my phone but that's not a deal breaker for me.

I absolutely love how easy it works, and it is super easy to manage your bank and almost anything. you can withdraw money and withdraw from atm! you can also take money pit of your savings whenever you want. it doesn't have a lock or anything! this app is great.

THE VERY BEST CREDIT UNION EVER!! Customer service is #1, best fraud alert service, & I've never experienced any hidden fees!! I've had loans & never experience any harassment. Member for over 20 yrs & I have NO intentions of ever going back to the old conventional banking!! Great job HCU!! You rock!!
