I had the app and then it just disappeared a week ago, I went to the website to download the app again since I couldn't find it in google play, now it tells me my device is not compatible with the app. yes I have an older phone, but not going to upgrade just because the app won't work. I hate when there are upgrades to the apps and then causes trouble for people

It said the app "will be installed soon." What the heck does that mean? WHY is there no "installing" like other apps? How do I know when it's been installed if I'm not advised it IS being installed?? In order to see IF it has been installed, I have to get out of Google Play. Really, really dumb!! I am NOT impressed with Heartland Credit Union so far... Rude Customer Service guy hung up on me. NO info ON TIME to tell me how to make a payment until AFTER payment would've been late. Get organized!!
