One of the main reasons I use this app is to deposit my paycheck. With the old app I never had an issue, but now the thing hardly ever works and it is extremely frustrating. Every time I try to take a picture of the check it glitches out and sends me back to the accounts screen.

They don't care about their members. They are charging previous DCCU members fees that they don't charge legacy Heartland members. They put calls into voice mail, even when a live operator is requested, and then they don't return the calls, even when informed that a return call is urgent for making a major transaction. They have been a mess since the merger, and I've tried to be patient, but their lack of concern for their members is disappointing. Consider UW Credit Union instead.
