The new improved Heathrow Express app has some great features and benefits to help make planning and booking your trip quick and easy.

Personalized experience – Create an account and login to activate all the features of the app. Including presenting your travel day information with your tickets along with live train times on your home screen.

Live train times – In addition to the scheduled times and service information, you will now be able to see live train times on the day you travel, making your trip planning even easier.

Accessing tickets – Your tickets can easily be accessed and managed in one place on the app, allowing you to view upcoming tickets for travel and manage past tickets.

Manage your account – With all your details in one place, including payment options, personal details, and currency settings it’s easy to create and manage your experience how you want it.

Ratings and reviews

Decent app, good UI, reliable. Only downside is that you can only pay by PayPal or Credit Card.. not ideal if you're rushing for a train and then have to log in or enter card details etc! Please consider integrating Google Pay, especially since you can use Apple Pay on Heathrow Express' iOS app.

It is awkward to select a return journey and not obvious one is selected, you can get to the end without a point of choice of the ticket type. You can't pay by android or apple. Also it didn't make it obvious you are not logged in so you get to pay and realise you don't have your details

Okay. This app is crazy and super buggy. It has a very nice user interface; but what's the point when it's not working? I booked a ticket from Heathrow to Paddington station and I had to close and reopen the app several times to get the booking completed. When I try to find the return ticket, it doesn't show the ticket in active tickets. Luckily I got the good old emails and used that PDF as my return ticket. Be very careful. Have the tickets emailed to you without depending on the app.
